All items are made to order and typically require 2–7 business days for production before shipment.

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • Holidays or peak seasons

Shipping Time Estimates

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.)
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs or international processing
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but not received, please:

  • Check with neighbors or your local carrier
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim

If your order is lost in transit (not delivered), please contact us and we will assist where possible.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages
  • Reshipping may require an additional fee

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes.

These charges are:

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages depending on fulfillment locations.
