By placing an order with us, you agree to first contact us directly at info@supportdago81.com to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider.
We are committed to working with you to reach a fair resolution.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may be considered a violation of these Terms of Service.
Resolution Process
If an issue arises, customers must:
- Contact us within a reasonable timeframe
- Provide relevant details (order number, photos if applicable)
- Allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution, including replacement, store credit, or refund, at our discretion.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to:
- Contest any chargeback we believe to be fraudulent or abusive
- Provide evidence to the payment processor, including order confirmations, shipping confirmation, tracking details, and customer communication
Accounts or customers who initiate fraudulent or excessive chargebacks may be:
- Refused future service
- Reported to relevant payment processing networks
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All items are made-to-order
- All sales are final unless otherwise stated
- Dissatisfaction due to size, fit, or personal preference does not qualify for a chargeback
Fees & Damages
To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to recover costs, fees, and expenses incurred as a result of chargebacks or payment disputes that are found to be unjustified.
