All items are made to order and produced specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Minor variations in color or print placement

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.


Order Issues & Claims

All claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 30 days of delivery, in line with our fulfillment partners).


Important Notes

  • Items are printed on demand, so we do not keep inventory
  • We do not guarantee exact color matching due to screen and printing differences
